Join our team as a Digital Engagement Lead and help us shape the future of digital healthcare.Your new role As a Digital Engagement Lead, you will be responsible to empower, implement, and optimize digital engagement strategies, platforms, and products for healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and brand vision. The other responsibilities are but not limited:Develop and execute a digital product strategy for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), identifying and activating new platforms to grow brand visibility and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all digital channels.Design and lead innovative digital campaigns and educational content tailored to healthcare professionals, from concept through delivery, to maximize engagement and clinical impact.Build and maintain strategic relationships with key digital partners and HCP audiences, leveraging partnerships to expand reach and credibility.Use analytics, segmentation and performance metrics to personalize engagement strategies, optimize campaign effectiveness and drive measurable outcomes.Monitor digital trends and conduct market analysis of the digital media landscape to identify opportunities for new modalities, formats and technologies.Recommend and implement forward-looking digital approaches that enhance brand positioning, foster continuous innovation and respond to evolving HCP needs.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, sales and compliance; lead project teams to ensure integrated, compliant and timely execution of digital initiatives. Your new departmentThis role reports directly to the Digital and Patient Engagement Manager and you will be part of the Cardiometabolic Marketing, Digital and Patient Engagement team which based in Thailand. Our department is dedicated to driving digital innovation and enhancing patient engagement. The team operates in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. With a strong focus on creativity and continuous improvement, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of healthcare professionals and patients.Your Skills & QualificationsWe’re looking for a Digital Engagement Lead who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Health, or a related field; strong written and spoken English proficiency.Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related commercial roles within healthcare or life sciences.Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with emerging digital channels, digital campaign execution, and development of promotional or educational content for professional audiences.Strong analytical capabilities with familiarity in ROI analysis and P&L management is highly desirable.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
