You will be accountable for delivering assigned projects and deliverables in your area of expertise.You will support cross-functional projects aimed at developing and implementing innovative healthcare products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of impactful, innovative business services and solutions for our internal Roche and Genentech Partners.The Opportunity:As a Project Manager Digital Experience Web, you will work closely with the Director of Digital Experience Web and channel/product teams to deliver Project Management support for high-quality websites and experiences.Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with marketing, design, and web development teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver web initiatives and campaign landing pages that drive engagement and conversion, ensuring alignment with digital and channel standardsDigital Optimization & SEO: Lead SEO strategy, metadata, and keyword optimization; manage URL structures, redirects, and migrations to ensure seamless customer journeys, compliance, and enhanced digital visibilityProject & Change Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to UAT, pilots, and closure, applying project management and change management best practices to ensure quality, timely, and compliant deliveryCross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation: Coordinate with cross-functional, multicultural teams and vendors to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions; lead workshops and sprints that foster innovation, process improvement, and adoption of new toolsGovernance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain toolkits, documentation, and playbooks; ensure privacy and regulatory compliance; share best practices across programs; and drive continuous optimization of performance and capacityWho you are:Project Management Expertise: PMP or equivalent certification with proven ability to manage multiple projects, navigate ambiguity, and ensure structured, timely deliveryTechnical & Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of web development, digital best practices, and solution design to assess implementations, resolve issues, and provide strategic, technically informed guidanceChange & Stakeholder Management: Familiar with change management models (e.g., ADKAR) and resistance management; skilled at influencing and aligning diverse internal and external stakeholdersIndustry Experience: Background in healthcare, software development, or other regulated industries, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across digital initiativesPreferred:Digital Marketing & Optimization: Proven experience managing digital marketing initiatives, activating above-campaign experiences, and leading product or campaign optimization pilotsAutomation & Systems Expertise: Skilled in automated production, publishing workflows, and omnichannel tools such as CRM, AEM, and other content management or campaign automation systemsAnalytics, SEO & Compliance: Proficient in marketing automation, web analytics, and SEO tools, with a strong understanding of compliance, regulatory standards, and SLA management with vendorsTechnical & Agile Capability: Knowledge of web platform technologies and content personalization; Scrum Master or Agile certification is a plusPlease note: Resumes must be submitted in English, as our interview panel may include participants from outside your local country.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
