That means a culture of empowerment, where speaking up is valued, and growth and development are constant.Ferring+You As part of our Digital Factory Organization, we’re looking for a Global Digital Factory Delivery Manager to lead digital transformation across medium and small manufacturing sites. You’ll act as a strategic partner, aligning roadmaps, managing demands, and driving impactful digital initiatives.Your day at Ferring Lead IT/OT teams across multiple sites in a matrix setup Coordinate digital demands from ideation to implementation Build strong relationships with site leaders and global stakeholders Oversee deployment of digital tools to optimize manufacturing Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets aligned with strategic goals Ensure compliance with global technology standards Collaborate with global functions (ERP, Analytics, Infra, etc.)Behind our innovation…There’s you Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus) 5+ years in manufacturing and digital transformation Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Knowledge of SAP S/4 (PP, PP-PI, Plant Maintenance), MES, OT software (OPC, Historians) Familiarity with IT infrastructure and validation standards (e.g., GAMP) Fluent in English (French or Portuguese is a plus)People come first at FerringGet inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone’s right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you loveOur inclusive support package – “Building Families at Ferring” provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role.
