This role combines hands-on expertise with the ability to deliver impactful training, coach users, and collaborate on the development of citizen developer use cases.The ideal candidate will have experience working with automation and analytics tools, including Power Automate, UiPath, Generative AI solutions, and Tableau. Prior experience with these platforms is highly desirable, as you will play a key role in empowering teams to leverage technology effectively and drive innovation across the organization.Experience:At least 5 years of experience in system development.Mid-level developer with experience in technical delivery and user training/coaching, including:Basic enablement sessionsHands-on workshopsContinuous mentoringTechnical Skills (Mandatory):Experience in Power Automate and UiPathAdditional Skills (Advantageous):Microsoft CopilotTableau – dashboard development, data modellingSnowflakeCore Competencies:Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to understand user perspectives, guide effectively, and support team membersStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
