Job Description
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, and ensuring a smooth transition from account application to activation.- Call & manage appointments to the assigned/reassigned onboarding requests.- Meet customers at the required location to complete verification process of original documents submitted during digital onboarding journey and to complete NEOBIZ accounts Fulfilment through digital Tablet.- Complete fulfillment process for all assigned/reassigned accounts.- Follow up with customers till successful funding.
