Some of the responsibilities will include:Lead Immigrant Invest's global digital growth strategy, aligning all channels with our mission to connect people to borderless opportunitiesManage performance marketing across multiple platforms, set clear KPIs, and oversee contractors and agenciesBuild and scale high-performing, data-driven acquisition funnels that deliver measurable resultsAnalyze data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement strategic optimizationsCollaborate with the content, email, and product teams to ensure a unified, trust-driven client experienceDrive conversion optimization through A/B testing, UX improvements, and funnel refinementLaunch and adapt campaigns to support market entry and expansion strategies globallyEnsure all communications reflect core company values — trust, integrity, transparency, and excellenceRequirements4+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B or B2C with a long sales cycle)Deep understanding of performance channels (PPC, paid social, funnel strategy, analytics)Analytical and strategic thinker with a data-first mindsetComfortable leading initiatives end-to-end, from strategy to executionExperience collaborating across teams to build seamless customer journeysAligned with our mission and values of trust, excellence, innovation, global mindset, and client focusFluency in both English and Russian.
