We are currently hiring for Global Ase.About the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Implementation & Marketing Systems Manager who will be responsible for building, automating, and managing the company's digital infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across all programs and products. This role combines deep technical knowledge with strategic marketing execution — leveraging AI-driven tools, automation systems, and operational frameworks to drive intelligent growth, efficiency, and scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage digital workflows across platforms, including Kajabi, UENI, Flodesk, and Microsoft 365 CoPilot.Integrate AI tools for reporting, scheduling, and automated communication.Manage Kajabi automation and sales funnels, from product setup to customer engagement.Oversee CRM and email marketing campaigns through Flodesk or related systems.Lead LinkedIn marketing strategy (organic and paid), ensuring integration with funnels for seamless lead capture and analytics.Prepare and track ten sponsorship proposals and follow-ups monthly.Maintain analytics dashboards summarizing engagement and conversion metrics.Ensure strict data security and ethical operations across all platforms.Requirements & QualificationsMinimum of two years of experienceStrong understanding of AI tools and marketing automation software.Skilled in digital systems integration and marketing operations.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.Ability to translate strategic vision into efficient, scalable systems.Demonstrates an ownership mentality, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach.Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and leads with accountability.Interest in arts, culture, and human wellness is a strong plus.CompensationBasic Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
