You'll play a key role in collecting and validating data from vendors, which you'll then use to help build and maintain automated dashboards that track spending efficiency and analyze data trends. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and curious student or recent graduate with strong analytical skills to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced media environment.ResponsibilitiesCollect, validate, and refine monthly spend data from multiple vendors’ invoicesSupport the creation of automated dashboards to track spending efficiency, and trend analysisAssist in preparing monthly/quarterly internal reportsIdentify anomalies or inconsistencies in data and collaborate with the trading/finance team for resolutionSupport contract management tasks, such as maintaining contract records, checking alignment between contract terms and invoices, and updating internal trackersProvide ad-hoc data support to the Digital Trading team when neededRequirementsFinal-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or related fieldProficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning). Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a strong plus.High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracyBasic understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR) and media vendor ecosystem is preferredAbility to manage repetitive data tasks with consistency and accuracyAble to portrait fluent written and spoken communication in EnglishProactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced media environment
