Digital Learning DesignerRemote£30,000 - £34,000 per annum (pro rata - 60% FTE; actual salary £18,000 - £20,400)Bring learning to life through design that makes a difference.As a Digital Learning Designer, you’ll shape how colleagues learn and grow across the business. From storyboarding and scripting to deployment you’ll use your creativity to create high-quality, accessible blended learning experiences.You’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with 22.5 hours per week arranged to suit your lifestyle (between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with prior agreement from your line manager). For a list of all benefits, visit: weatherbys.bank/about-us/careers/employee-benefitsWhat You’ll Be DoingDesigning and delivering digital learning that is engaging, learner-focused, and aligned with business goals.Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and turn it into impactful content that drives development.Supporting the deployment of content via our Learning Experience Platform.Planning, owning and delivering projects, demonstrating initiative and accountability. Contributing to the development of learning pathways and supporting learners as needed.What We’re Looking ForDemonstrates foundational knowledge of adult learning theory (e.g., Knowles’ principles) and basic instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE or SAM).Experience creating digital learning resources that simplify complex content (using e.g. Rise, Storyline) Proficiency in at least technical design tools: Adobe (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or Articulate (e.g., Rise or Storyline).Experience with Learning Management Systems to create, manage, and deliver digital learning content.Experience with internal or external stakeholders to develop or deliver learning content,Has managed multiple learning projects simultaneously from start to finish, with minimal supervision.
