This role goes far beyond content upload—you’ll be diving deep into technical materials, building a strong understanding of engineering and software concepts in order to design effective and interactive learning experiences.This is a unique opportunity that blends Learning & Development with Computer Science/Engineering exposure, giving the intern experience in both HR and technology-driven environments.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate technical training content (cloud, automation, DevOps, data, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.Design learning flows, exercises, and course structures tailored for digital delivery.Upload, organize, and maintain course materials and training content.Collaborate with the People & Culture team to enhance the learner experience.Propose creative ideas to make technical content more engaging and practical.RequirementsReview and validate technical training content (cloud, automation, DevOps, data, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.Design learning flows, exercises, and course structures tailored for digital delivery.Upload, organize, and maintain course materials and training content.Collaborate with the People & Culture team to enhance the learner experience.Propose creative ideas to make technical content more engaging and practical.
