The company's client-focused approach leverages multidisciplinary expertise, advanced methodologies, and an integrated global resource network.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site contract role located in Lagos for a Digital Literacy Certification, Critical Career Skills & Entrepreneurship and small Business Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for lesson planning, conducting the certifications training sessions, and delivering tailored education to meet participants' needs. The role includes creating and implementing effective teaching strategies and assessing participants' progress to ensure they meet program objectives. The Trainer will also engage in clear and effective communication with participants to encourage learning and professional growth.QualificationsStrong expertise in Lesson Planning and the ability to design effective educational contentExperience in Education and a passion for facilitating learning and developmentProficient in Communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learner groupsSkills in Teaching and conducting engaging training sessionsExperience in Training individuals and groups in digital literacy or related fieldsBachelor’s degree or certifications in Education, Information Technology, or a relevant fieldFamiliarity with digital literacy, Critical Career Skill and Entrepreneurship and Small Business certifications standards is a plusAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to different teaching scenarios
