Job Description

FWI is building a team to support Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) Communication Services program for the Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Community Development Block Grant for Mitigation (CDBG-MIT). The Digital Manager will serve as the lead point of contact for all digital matters, overseeing team performance and ensuring all digital objectives and schedules are met within budget.FWI has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Washington Post in 2024 and 2025, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.Position is contingent upon contract award**Work Schedule and LocationHybrid This full-time hybrid position will work Monday through Friday,8am to 5pm, with some onsite work in San Juan, Puerto Rico.Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the account or clientBuild and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship to provide the utmost level of client service. Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basisOverseeing and assisting the Senior Account Executive with the overall management of the client account; as well as channel and prioritize workflow between team membersOversight of operational performance of the team ensuring all accounts objectives and specific schedules are met or exceeded within an agreed budget or any special project assigned by the clientCoordinate resources needed to service projects while providing the client with creative and strategic plans and ideas for the execution of the servicesManage marketing and leading ideas presentation for the client's projects, complying with time frame and budgetResponsible for managing the work of the team members and performing a range of administrative functionsAssist with client's portfolio and monitor their ongoing activitiesManage, review progress, and deliver client projectsConduct frequent meetings with client and provide feedback on status of their projectsResponsible for conducting a final review of any client's request to ensure it is free from errors and reflects the client's needs, before delivering to client's POCRequiredBachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business Management or Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field7+ years of experience in related fieldStrong industry network and contactsKnowledge of market research techniques, understanding of budgeting and reportingExceptional interpersonal skills, negotiation, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and writing skills in both Spanish and EnglishFWI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
