LUSSOTICA HIRING: DIGITAL MARKETERWe are looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketer to lead Lussotica’s online growth across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and managing paid ad campaigns, scaling brand presence, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with creative teams to deliver engaging content that drives results.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & ManagementDevelop and execute result-driven, comprehensive digital marketing strategies across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign timelines.Identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities to improve engagement and reach.Oversee brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.2. Paid Campaign ManagementSet up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.Strategically allocate and manage ad budgets for maximum ROI and scalable business growth.Experiment with different audience segments, creatives, and formats to improve conversions.Continuously monitor ad performance and make data-backed adjustments.3. Content CoordinationBrainstorm and share creative content ideas that align with campaign objectives.Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce engaging ads and organic creatives.Ensure all content meets platform requirements and resonates with the target audience.4. Performance Analysis & ReportingTrack key performance metrics and report regularly.Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign results, insights, and improvement strategies.Use data analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) to identify trends and optimize future efforts.5.
