This role is ideal for someone who loves client relationships, enjoys strategic problem-solving, and has proven agency experience managing multiple accounts.If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy variety in your day, and want to grow your digital marketing career, this is the perfect opportunity.What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience.Structured career progression and ongoing mentorship.Training and development across SEO, Google Ads, and META Ads.Flexible working arrangements.Exposure to a variety of industries and national-level campaigns.A supportive culture that values initiative, teamwork, and continual improvement.What You’ll Be DoingManage all client communication for your portfolio, including meetings, emails, and shared documentation.Foster strong client relationships by delivering measurable results and exceptional service, supported by our technical team.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, and META Ads.Monitor performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, and providing recommendations to meet client goals.Communicate clearly with internal teams and external collaborators, including designers and content writers.Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables to ensure consistent quality and results.Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.Identify opportunities to grow accounts and handle referrals from your client base.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 1 year of account management experience within a digital agency.A clear understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Social strategies.Strong communication skills and confidence managing client relationships.Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.A passion for helping clients succeed through data-driven marketing.Our ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker and problem solver who fits in with our team culture and wants to be part of, and help drive, the Pegasus Media journey.You will align with our core values of hard work, integrity, honesty, ownership, quality, and attention to detail.
