Job SummaryThis position is primarily responsible for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of marketing communications strategies, including advertising, promotions and public relations to support the marketing, sales and business objectives of credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards and personal loans.Qualifications Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication With at least 4 years experience in Marketing Knowledge on digital metrics Financial acumen on what levers to move for a successful campaign/program Knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, Campaign Performance Monitoring, Account Management Project/Campaign Management, Financial Projections, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning With at least 4 years of experience in managerial role Experience in financial institution and sales is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to create reports and presentations Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills and people management skills, numeracy, project/campaign management, communication and negotiation skill, creativity, initiative, and follow through
