Welcome to Bosch.Job Description► Analyze the performance of all digital touchpoints, as well as related digital marketing and sales activities► Develop optimization strategies and measures based on analysis, in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams► Consult product, marketing, and sales teams on data-driven decision-making and A/B testing► Set up, calibrate, and execute A/B tests with the main goal of improving the conversion rate of our international multi-brand B2B and B2C digital touchpointsAnalyze results and implement optimization measures in cooperation with product owners and development teams► Standardize the digital sales and marketing analytics approach (including KPI frameworks) and define the necessary processes► Shape the future of Bosch Power Tools in measurement and data analytics, focusing on valuable insights and continuous improvement, while staying informed about new trendsQualifications► Proven expertise in web and digital sales & marketing analytics, with 3+ years of experience► Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and other comparable analytics tools► Experience in creating advanced Power BI reports (data consolidation from multiple sources such as SAP, GA4, etc.)► Experience in developing eCommerce dashboards in Looker Studio► Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium) is an advantage► Hands-on experience and proven success in analyzing digital touchpoints and related marketing and sales activities► Degree in Marketing, Online/Performance Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience► Fluency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills► Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in digital analyticsAdditional information#LikeABosch Benefits:Your work-life balance is valuable to us, so we offer you:22 - 27 days of annual leave, because work-life balance is essential to usFlexible working hoursOur Hybrid program is designed to combine working from office and from home, offering flexibility and a balanced approachUp to 3 days off for private purposesYour health and well-being is important to us, so we have you covered:Medical subscription for annual health check upsPaid private health insuranceMental health and well-being initiativesWe believe in a Life-Long Learning approach, supporting your growth through:Technical and soft skills training, according to the needs of your role and career pathA mentorship program and personalized development plansEnglish and German language courses, provided based on job requirements and responsibilitiesLocal and global career development programsOpportunities to attend conferences, that align with your professional goalsYou will be part of a product company.
