It’s an exciting time to join mfg!Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role if…you are a competent Digital Marketing Assistant, with experience of various on-line platforms and social media, drafting content and adopting a proactive approach to business development.Key Responsibilities: Website: setting up new profiles, relevant updates, posting blogs.Intranet: uploading content to resource pages, posting updates.Review Solicitors: uploading new testimonials to website profiles, notifying fee earner and Divisional Head.Graphic design using Canva to create social media graphics, team sheets, invites, adverts, etc.Social media: uploading testimonial graphics, drafting/posting content, managing scheduling.Blog management: seeking approval, posting and scheduling uploads.Advertising schedule and deadline management, to include obtaining relevant content and approval, and liaising with online and print publishers.PowerPoint presentations.mfg Newsletter: design and deployment.MailChimp and database management: creation/sending of invitations to events, newsletter publication and managing/editing data within Excel and MailChimp.Requirements:1+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role (internships included).Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), including knowledge of HTML/CSS.Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media analytics.Strong communication skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.A flexible and proactive team player.Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field desirable.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary22 days’ holiday to start rising to 25 days after five years’ service (plus 4 additional days at Christmas 2025 and Bank Holidays)Healthcare benefitsEmployee Assistance programme and wellbeing services – 24/7 helpline facilityDiscounted legal fees for staff and family membersDeath in service provisionAuto enrolment in our Company PensionAnnual colleague eventOther reasons to join usWe offer a rewarding career of quality work alongside a commitment to your development.
