As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate, you will be working on building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video by using the various marketing tools, operations work flows and following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for delivering the assigned campaigns on time with the right quality. You will also be responsible to learn and adapt to the new features and changes in the processes and follow the SOP while creating the campaigns. In this role, your will also be responsible to update the workflow tools and trackers to keep track of daily tasks. This role will need flexibility to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements. This is an individual contributor role. This is an on-site role. The role requires a graduate degree with exposure to MS office and comfort with numbers.Key job responsibilitiesOperations Fulfills objectives and KPI criteria for business, such as SLA, productivity, and quality targets Alerts managers/SMEs on problems or concerns in a proactive manner Meets the daily goals on tasks allocatedQuality And Process Excellence Expected to work on resolving customer facing trouble ticketing process with 100% SLA and quality. Complies with SOP or manager's directions and makes sure that tasks meet quality standards. Associate has to spot/catch errors in the SOP content and expected to reachout to their respective Subject matter experts for correcting the SOP. Contributing towards process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens. Goal is to complete at least 1 Kaizen/ 4 – JDIs in a year. Willing to be a part of deep dive to provide inputs to SMEs while doing root cause analysisAbout The TeamGSS Campaign Operations Prime Video was initiated in 2019 to take up marketing & merchandising related activities within the Books org that are repetitive, low-medium complex, manual tasks distributed across many employees. We look to standardize the work items executed in an operational environment, with SOPs, productivity measurement/improvement, and ultimately automation. Over the years, we expanded our scope to 10+ GLs outside of books org and are continuing to grow by collaborating with newer teams. GSS Campaign Operations can support Demand Generation activities for all teams within Amazon and it encompasses 120+ sub-processes across Books & Non-Books Org.Basic Qualifications Experience navigating a knowledge base and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines Experience working with time-tracking/resource management tools Ability to meet daily goals and tasks allocatedPreferred Qualifications Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis Experience communicating results to operations and business leaders Experience with customer-facing trouble ticketing processes Ability to identify errors in SOP content and proactively reach out to Subject Matter Experts Process improvement mindset with ability to contribute automation ideas and Kaizens Strong attention to detail to meet 100% SLA and quality standardsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
