Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Remote, Pakistan (KHI & LHR Preferred)Its a remote job but we have 6 times an year meet ups in Karachi and Lahore.Working Hours: Starting between 11 AM to 12 PM PKTAbout the roleWe’re hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to help us deliver high-quality content, support paid marketing activities, and manage CRM-based workflows for our clients — starting in Norway, with opportunities to expand into Europe and the US.In this role, you’ll be creating content in Norwegian (at the start but may include other languages later on), supporting ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), and managing sequences and funnels in CRM systems. You'll also work with AI tools to streamline content creation and localization.What you’ll doContent generation and use AI tools to write content in Norwegian and other required languages.Support content with making of digital ads, websites, emails, and social media.Work with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads, especially for marketing and remarketing.Set up and manage audiences, analytics, tracking, and campaign performance updates within ad platforms.Build and maintain CRM workflows using tools like Freshworks, Dripify, or similar.Develop and monitor automated sequences and funnels for lead generation and nurturing.Collaborate with internal teams to execute and improve digital campaigns.What we’re looking for3+ years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on work in content creation, paid advertising, analytics and CRM.Strong command of English (spoken and written) and clear communication skills.Organized, proactive, and detail-focused, you follow through and take initiative.Strong communicator who collaborates well in a remote, cross-functional team.Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.Basic understanding of: (nice to have, not mandatory):Content design toolsSEOWhat you’ll getCompetitive base salary + KPI based commission structure.A global role with visibility across international markets.Flexible remote work setup.Opportunities to grow as the team expands.About SpertonSperton is a global recruitment and consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
