Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Associate will develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels to generate sales leads, build our brands and tell our stories. You will also work closely with the Tatu City sales teams to ensure a strong flow of leads flow into our sales funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage a rolling social media calendar of content and posts including compelling video, photo and written contentManage our social media channels, combining paid and organic execution, publishes updates and posts, manages, and interacts with comments, and reports issuesDefine Tatu City's strategy for digital media campaigns to generate sales leads and increases the visibility of our postsUse Google ads to target specific stakeholders with our contentOwn different conversion points and optimizes sales funnels, evaluates emerging trends in digital and deploys new approaches and toolsMeasure and reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessments against goals (ROI and KPIs). Takes on measurement, reporting, and analysis as a key component of success and a tool for continuous improvementUse social media listening and analytics to monitor and research our competition and optimize our activitiesWork with other members of the Marketing & Communications team, as well as Sales and other departments, to draft social media copyCollaborate with the Design Associate to create compelling visualsCollaborate with the in-house marketing team and freelancers to capture and develop compelling photo and video contentUse Mailchimp and CRM software to distribute newsletters and other communicationsDevise SEO strategies to drive traffic to the company website and improves the usability, design, content and conversion of website and digital channelsUpdate the website with news, events, images, and other relevant contentUse data to optimize digital marketing spendingReview new technologies and keeps the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketingRequirementsSkills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldAt least ten years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably with a focus on campaign development and executionDemonstrated ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels to generate sales leads and enhance brand visibilityProficiency in creating and managing a social media calendar, including content creation and post schedulingExperience in managing social media channels, both paid and organic, with the ability to publish updates, engage with comments, and address issues effectivelyExperience in leading paid social campaigns to increase post visibility and managing Google Ads to target specific stakeholdersStrong analytical skills to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals, including ROI and KPIsCollaborative skills to work with the Marketing & Communications team, Sales, and other departments in drafting social media copyDemonstrated expertise in devising and implementing SEO strategies to drive traffic to the company websiteAbility to use data to optimize digital marketing spending and make informed decisions
