Job Title: Digital Business Operations SpecialistJob SummaryNext Staffing Group is seeking a highly organized, self-starting Digital Business Operations Specialist to be the foundational backbone of the client’s internal systems and scaling efforts. Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English is a non-negotiable requirement for this role, as you will be the key driver of our public-facing and internal communications.This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position that bridges the gap between high-impact digital marketing, sales enablement, and core operational efficiency. You will not only manage key administrative tasks but will also be responsible for developing and launching scalable internal strategies, with a primary focus on email marketing and comprehensive social media handling. You will be building processes that we can eventually productize and offer to our own clients. Digital Marketing & Content StrategyLead Social Media Strategy & Execution: Establish, implement, and actively manage a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) to significantly boost brand awareness, engagement, and authority. This includes content planning, creation, posting, and community engagement.Develop & Execute Email Marketing Program: Design, build, and execute a complete email marketing strategy, including list segmentation, content calendar development, and performance analysis using metrics like open rates, CTR, and conversions.Strategic Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on client competitors, identifying market offerings, organizing data, and pinpointing content or service gaps to inform our client strategies and create compelling content opportunities.Client Content Audits: Perform standardized website, SEO, and social media audits using established company templates to provide actionable content and marketing recommendations.II. Sales & Outreach EnablementTargeted Outreach Campaigns: Execute targeted, professionally-written email communication and follow-up campaigns to trade show attendees and sales leads.Lead Generation Research: Conduct research to identify promising regional and local trade shows and conferences for leadership attendance, focusing on strategic value.Professional Client Documentation: Complete, format, and upload client proposals, ensuring flawless grammar, professional tone, and adherence to company brand standards.III. Operational & People Management SupportInternal Systems Design: Design and create a comprehensive, well-documented training roadmap and materials for new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent welcome experience.Performance Dashboard Creation: Develop and implement a structured, data-driven dashboard system to facilitate effective one-on-one performance check-ins.Corporate Recognition: Proactively research, prepare materials for, and submit applications for key industry and business awards (e.g., Inc. 5000, local Business of the Year).Financial Administration: Execute monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) functions and ensure timely invoice processing and follow-up.Qualifications & ExperienceExceptional English Communication (Verbal & Written): Demonstrable, high-level proficiency in speaking and writing professional English is mandatory. Must possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to compose clear, articulate, and compelling professional communications.Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience and demonstrable expertise in Social Media strategy development, content calendar management, and direct execution. Experience with Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is essential.Organizational & Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks simultaneously while meticulously prioritizing deadlines.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with standard business tools (CRM, project management software, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
