Greenland Group. is looking for Digital Marketing & Content Creator for Greenland GroupJob Description / ResponsibilityPlan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.).Shoot and edit photos and videos of food items, kitchen operations, and promotional events.Design social media posts, stories, and short-form videos to promote our menu and brand effectively.Identify and target local audiences to increase reach, engagement, and online sales.Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable reports and recommendations.Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to develop creative marketing ideas, promotions, and brand campaigns.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field (preferred)Skills Required: Photography, Photo Retouching, Photo Editing, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, IlustratorExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Restaurant,Fast Food ShopAdditional Requirements1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management (experience in F&B or food industry is a plus).Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.Experienced in photo/video shooting and editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or mobile apps).Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Job LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 1)
