SHEMEC FOR GENERAL CONTRACTING & SUPPLIES IS HIRING :-Position Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator Location: Egypt, Cairo City , Al Shams club metro station , Suez Bridge, Arab Station preferredEmployment Type: Full-TimeReady to take on this challenge? You'll need:• Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams with measurable results.• Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years a supervisory or leadership role.• Strong background in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across multiple channels (digital, social, offline).•Create engaging content (photos, videos, posts)•Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.• Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and market segmentation.• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.• Experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Responsibilities:*Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok,Snapchat).*Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.*Optimize campaigns for conversions and lower CPL across platforms.*Manage SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, backlinks, and performance tracking.*Create and manage content calendars for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).*Design high-quality visuals and ad creatives using Canva / Photoshop / similar tools.*Analyze performance reports using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights.*Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing goals with company objectives.*Suggest automation tools and AI workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.What You'll Do:• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve KPIs and overall business objectives.• Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.• Oversee content creation and distribution strategies to maximize audience reach and engagement.• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROl.• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep the brand competitive.• Report regularly to senior management on campaign performance, team progress, and market insights.Requirements:2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (Males Only) Proven experience with paid ads (Snapchat, Google, LinkedIn) and SEO fundamentals.Good design sense — ability to create visually engaging creatives.Experience in market research and audience targeting (especially Gulf region).Strong analytical mindset; ability to read data and make smart decisions.Familiar with marketing automation & AI tools.Fluent in Arabic & English.Must be based in Egypt and able to work on-site at SHEMEC FOR GENERAL CONTRACTING & SUPPLIES Ready to take on this challenge?
