We value discipline, transparency, and hard work.Core Objective:The main goal of this role is to find high-quality business leads through online marketing campaigns. You will also perform deep research on potential clients and create professional content to build our brand authority.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Lead Generation and Ad ManagementManage and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Use specific marketing strategies like Efficiency Audits and Anti-Theft solutions to attract leads.Monitor the cost per lead and ensure the sales team receives a steady flow of potential customers.Content Creation and Brand StorytellingCreate professional posts and short video scripts for social media.Write blog posts and success stories based on how our software helps current clients.Manage the company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Clutch.io.Deep Research and Persona BuildingCollect lead information from business directories, LinkedIn, and general internet research.Find the names of decision-makers in target companies.Analyze the problems of potential clients, such as manual work issues or data risks.Prepare a report for the sales team to help them understand the specific needs of each lead.Operational Discipline:Submit a Daily Progress Report every day by 6:00 PM.Log all tasks and work hours in OpenProject.Ensure all client and lead data is saved in the company CRM. Keeping data on personal devices is not allowed.Requirements:Experience in managing Facebook and LinkedIn ad managers.Skills on setting up & managing Meta Pixel, Server Side Tracking, Google Analytics & Advanced Audience Targeting, Strong ability to research companies and business owners online.Ability to write clear and professional marketing content.Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles.Discipline in following daily reporting schedules.Benefits:On-time salary payments every month.A performance-based reward system (CPRS) with salary increases every 6 months.Professional training in software marketing and lead research.A stable and respectful office environment.Bi-annual company retreats and team-building events.
