Salary: 150,000-180,000Daily Deliverables1. Monitor and optimize ad performance on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tiktok and other digital platforms.2. Track and report the number of daily leads generated through online campaigns.3. Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging, trend-based posts and promotional materials.4. Respond promptly to online inquiries and comments to sustain engagement.Weekly Deliverables5. Generate and submit weekly analytics reports covering reach, engagement, and conversions.6. Test and review new ad creatives, keywords, and target audiences to improve performance.7. Support clinic marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and online promotions.8. Participate in weekly marketing meetings and provide actionable insights.Monthly Deliverables9. Achieve the agreed Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) or lower as defined by management.10. Increase lead conversion rate by a minimum of 10% month-over-month through targeted digital initiatives.11. Present a monthly digital performance report, including campaign outcomes, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.12. Grow social media following and engagement rate by at least 15% monthly across key platforms.
