Job DescriptionAbout The RoleWe are building a corporate food management platform for offices, delivering quality, healthy meals daily. Our growth hinges on smart, high ROI digital marketing, testing, iterating, scaling. Join us to own growth, content, and funnel optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute growth experiments across channels (social media ads, search, SEO, referral, partnerships).Own the marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention.Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).Produce and manage content (blogs, social posts, emails, short videos) aligned to brand voice.Use analytics to monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, ROAS) and allocate budget smartly.Design reactivation / retention campaigns (email, SMS, push) to reduce churn.Ideal Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in digital marketing/growth roles, preferably B2B or subscription business.Deep hands-on experience with paid media, conversion optimization, A/B testing.Strong content sense, able to ideate content & guide creative.Data literate, comfortable working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, etc.).Independent, resourceful; comfortable testing, failing, iterating.
