Recently, we achieved a significant milestone by successfully listing on the esteemed Nasdaq stock exchange.We are looking for 01 full-time Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team in Hanoi.Responsibilities:SEO 50% Perform On-page SEO tasks. Such as keyword research, creating keyword-landing tables, optimizing page, load speed, etc.Execute Off-page SEO tasks including backlinks, social signals, email, push notification, etc.Optimize conversion rates for app downloads, organic leads on the website.Digital ads 40%Develop and implement advertising plans for Facebook (website conversion, app installation) and Google (search, app installation).Optimize ads to achieve goals related to leads, conversion rates (CR, CIR), and revenue.Create content for advertisements directly.Optimize landing pages.Work closely with designers on visual-related tasks (images, videos, landing pages).Email CRM Marketing 10%Develop and implement email marketing plans.Collaborate with team members to execute CRM activities, including labeling and email marketing tasks. This includes creating engaging content and compelling hooksRequirements:Skilled in AI utilization and prompt writing.Experience in SEO for websites. More than 3 years.Experience in digital advertising. Especially Facebook (website conversion, app installation) ,  Google (search, app installation) for more than 3 years.Ability to convert traffic into lead downloads.Proficient in both spoken and written English.Proficiency in technical SEO.Proficiency in Google analytics, Google search consoles, SEMrush, Firebase.Proficiency in running ads and deep understanding of advertising platforms.Strong content creation skills, particularly in crafting engaging hooks.Proficiency in email marketing tool, CRM.Basic knowledge of graphic and video editing using tools like Canva.Solid understanding of marketing and branding.Why You'll Love Working Here: Gross salary: 20M - 25M VND Opportunities to join a diverse and inclusive team with an international working environment (different nationalities from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam).Healthcare program with a budget of VND 9 mil/year.
