About the RoleWe are seeking a data-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to lead our performance marketing and lead management efforts. In this role, you will design and execute digital strategies that fuel growth, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with our business development and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first touch to conversion. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic marketer who thrives in optimizing funnels, systems, and messaging across digital channels.What You’ll DoPerformance MarketingOwn and execute the performance marketing strategy across paid advertising, SEO/SEM, retargeting, and additional digital channels.Optimize campaigns to maximize traffic, conversions, and ROI.Continuously test creatives, messaging, and channels to identify new growth opportunities.Email MarketingDevelop and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, nurture flows, and promotional communications.Create segmented email strategies that improve engagement, lead quality, and retention.Monitor deliverability, performance metrics, and opportunities for optimization.Lead ManagementOversee and optimize lead management processes in HubSpot.Ensure accurate lead capturing, scoring, segmentation, and timely handoff to the sales team.Maintain data integrity and support automation improvements across the funnel.Reporting & AnalyticsCreate regular, detailed reports on digital marketing performance.Analyze data to uncover insights and provide strategic recommendations for continual improvement.Track KPIs across all digital channels to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.Sales CollaborationPartner closely with business development and sales teams to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle.Provide visibility into campaign performance and lead quality.Support sales with insights, content, and strategies that enhance conversion rates.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, SEO/SEM best practices, and analytics tools.Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.Strong communication and project management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Why Join Us?At Cloud Office, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team where learning, growth, and transparency are at the core of our culture.
