We are currently hiring people for Marketing and Sales Associates in Malaysia who have experience in (Digital Marketing/social media marketing/online marketing/online ads/online marketing/advertisement) and (B2B sales/sales/inside sales/ISR, business development)Role: Sales and Digital Marketing Consultant (Malaysia based-relocation required)Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (For relocation package will be provided)Salary: RM 5000-6000 per month + 20% Sales CommissionsEducation: Must be bachelor's degree holderMust have valid passport for 18 months for applying visa.POSITION SUMMARY: Marketing experts are great at Solution selling and product recommendations. You will first understand the Advertisers’ goal, and identify Advertisers’ business objective to offer them products/solutions that help them achieve their goals. You have a great personality and are skilled in Outbound Sales & eloquent in English to establish consultative relationship with Advertisers, so that they are receptive to your recommendationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal. • Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption • When applicable, manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue. • When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products. • Become an expert on all advertising solutions. • Ability to identify trends and solve problems. • Providing vital product insights & feedbacks, from their own experience using the products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers. • Champion and produce success stories for Advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. • Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.Recommended qualifications:o Bachelor’s degree o At least 1 years of experience in Digital marketing/online sales organization o Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems o Excellent English and (language to support) communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills o Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment o Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients o Highly motivated and goal-oriented o Takes direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavior o Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently o Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure o Feels comfortable contacting clients via phone, chat or email
