Now we are looking for a digital marketing manager to help us translate our story into impactful and engaging digital marketing strategies and content, while expanding our reach.Are you a skilled digital storyteller interested in making an impact in the fast-paced world of global finance? Then you should apply to join our growing Corporate Affairs team and help shape how we communicate.The position You will play a key role in translating our company voice and narrative into smart content that inspires, engages, and delivers value. In this role you will take ownership of our digital storytelling by planning and delivering engaging content calendars, creating visual and written content across our platforms, and ensuring that every channel performs at its best.Develop and execute our digital (owned and social) media strategies, focusing on brand awareness, community engagement, and audience growth. Ensure our digital strategy proactively and consistently tells the story of our company and strategic direction across all platformsWork collaboratively with the Corporate Affairs team and other teams across Urban Partners to source and develop short and longform written content, compelling visuals, and engaging video content for social media, website, newsletters, and email, including story ideation, research, production and tracking performance. Support major company milestones with digital content and activation.Drive reach and engagement of owned and earned content by optimizing SEO and AI search, algorithms and other digital tools. Track, manage and optimise performance of our digital channels (including corporate website, investor portal, and LinkedIn) translating insights into actions Advise and create SoMe content for senior leaders to strengthen their digital presenceManage company brand assets What You BringThe role is ideal for a savvy digital operator with a strategic marketing mindset, knack for content planning and love of content creation. We imagine you have work experience in strategic digital communications in an international or corporate setting, with the ability to combine creative thinking and structured execution.Ideally You Have6+ years of relevant experience in communications and marketing (real estate and/or private equity background preferred but not required) Proven track record of building audiences and engagement across social and digital channels, including strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools, LinkedIn, algorithm and SEO optimisation and CMS platforms like Sanity and eFrontTrack record of success with content planning and automation, community management, and digital campaignsOutstanding writer with fluency in English and a passion for storytelling in real timeAn instinct for what drives engagement – and the confidence to experiment with new formatsBasic graphic design skills for day-to-day visual production and proficiency in PowerPoint for creating visually engaging presentationsWhat We OfferYou will get to work with exciting challenges in a company that makes an impact on a global scale.
