This role leads the EMEA Brand Planning and Product LaunchExcellence across the region. In this role, your responsibility is to keep allteams and stakeholders aligned, working toward agreed-upon milestones, andhelping to ensure our brand strategies, brand initiatives, and product launchescreate the maximum positive impact in the market. Youwill collaborate daily with local marketers and work alongside third-partyvendors and the global marketing team to design and deliver promotionalcampaigns.You will be part of the EMEA Regional Marketing and CommercialDevelopment function of WSA. You will work with a dynamic and cross-functionalteam supporting all activities related to successful brand strategy developmentand product launch across multiple locations. Acting as a partner for localaffiliates, working closely with General Managers, Commercial Excellence, andBrand Teams to maximize the performance of our brands and the product launchesin EMEA.This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and CommercialDevelopment in EMEA.What you will do1. Local Launch Planning and Execution Represent and lead the annual SMP planning process for EMEA Develop consolidated local launch marketing plans including budgetCoordinate with brand teams, the EMEA digital hub, and local teams throughout the launch process to ensure everyone is on track and helping when a team faces a challengeSupport local markets in developing and delivering on local launch plans and activitiesLead the development of off-line regional marketing launch collateral.2. Represent the region in GMKT brand & launch alignment forums (LAF) Represent the region in Global Value Proposition and Launch & Campaign Concepts creationEnsure regional market insights and commercial realities are represented in global brand and launch planningAct as the key point of contact between Global Marketing and EMEA markets during the entire launch lifecycle.3. Evangelize and support roll out of global programs and tools in the local markets in EMEA Drive adoption of global marketing programs, frameworks, and tools across EMEA marketsServe as a “go-to” expert and ambassador for global initiatives, helping local teams understand how to apply them effectivelyGather feedback from local teams on global programs and share structured input to improve future global rollouts.4. Lead EMEA Marketing Excellence Drive marketing excellence across the region.
