Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience: 8–12 years Work Week: 5 days Compensation: ₹25 – 30 LPA Vertical: HigherEd Industry: EdTech (Higher Education experience mandatory) Role Overview : We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to lead and scale the paid acquisition and revenue growth engine for the HigherEd vertical. This is a strategic leadership role with full accountability for digital acquisition performance, revenue contribution, and team success. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical depth, growth strategy expertise, and team leadership acumen to drive predictable, high-quality lead generation and enrollment outcomes across markets.Key Responsibilities: ● Own and deliver revenue growth through paid marketing channels by optimizing lead generation, CAC, and LTV.● Design and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels — from awareness to enrollment.● Forecast, allocate, and manage multi-crore media budgets efficiently to achieve revenue, ROI, and funnel performance targets.● Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team, instilling a data-driven, ROI-first culture.● Drive automation and AI-led optimization, leveraging predictive bidding, dynamic creative testing, and audience modeling.● Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Analytics, and Product teams to strengthen the marketing-to-enrollment pipeline.● Implement robust measurement frameworks for campaign attribution and decision intelligence.● Monitor, analyze, and report business impact metrics — CPL, CAC, ROI, revenue per channel — to senior leadership.● Champion continuous improvement, building playbooks for scaling campaigns, team capability, and process excellence.Requirements● 8–12 years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or revenue marketing within EdTech, Higher Education, or B2C high-value digital businesses.● Proven success in managing ₹1–5 Cr+ monthly digital budgets with measurable ROI and revenue contribution.● Demonstrated leadership experience — managing, mentoring, and scaling teams or agency partners for high-growth outcomes.● Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic ecosystems, with an understanding of cross-channel attribution and data modeling.● Deep understanding of CRO, funnel analytics, and performance forecasting.● Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to business P&L outcomes.● Hands-on experience with AI-driven campaign automation, predictive analytics, and creative optimization is preferred.● Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
