EgyBell is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a well-known company located in Cairo.Job Purpose:To lead Archlum Egypt’s digital marketing strategy and campaigns across all online platforms,driving brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth. The Digital Marketing Managerwill design and execute full-funnel campaigns from concept to performance analysis, ensuringArchlum’s strong digital presence and alignment with its premium lighting and architecturalidentity.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with thecompany’s business goals and global direction.2. Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media,email, retargeting) to generate high-quality B2B leads.3. Oversee the design, content, and user experience of Archlum’s website and onlineplatforms to strengthen brand positioning.4. Lead content creation that reflects the architectural lighting sector — digital catalogues,project videos, and design-focused visuals.5. Utilize marketing automation, analytics, and CRM systems to track campaignperformance and conversion metrics.6. Manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) toenhance visibility and engagement with architects, consultants, and project developers.7. Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Technical teams to align marketing initiatives withproject priorities and product launches.8. Coordinate with agencies or freelancers for media buying, creative design, andproduction when necessary.9. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities within Egypt’slighting and design industries.10. Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, ensuring professional delivery and brandQualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field (Master’spreferred).• 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership ormanagerial position.• Prior experience in printing, signage, lighting, or architectural materials industries ishighly preferred, as it supports creative, technical, and visual marketing approaches.• Proven track record of running integrated B2B campaigns from strategy to ROI reporting.• Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn CampaignManager, SEO/SEM tools, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.• Fluent in English and Arabic.• Digital strategy & performance marketing• Paid media and campaign optimization• SEO/SEM and content optimization• Visual branding & design coordination (for lighting/printing)• Market research & analytics• CRM and marketing automation• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration
