We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who specializes in META Advertising, Google and YouTube Ads to join our growing team!What You’ll DoPlan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network.Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns to expand multi-platform reach.Develop and manage end-to-end paid strategies that drive conversions, engagement, and ROI.Conduct audience research, build custom and lookalike audiences, and run targeted retargeting campaigns.Use Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.Use Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and YouTube analytics tools for advanced tracking and performance measurement.Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and generate actionable insights.Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad creatives from visuals to copy.Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns.Execute campaigns with a global reach, targeting audiences across multiple countries and regions.Stay updated with Meta’s latest trends, policies, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.Stay informed on Google and YouTube advertising updates, best practices, and platform changes.What We’re Looking ForProven hands-on experience managing META ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).Experience managing Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns.Deep understanding of ad optimization, A/B testing, and funnel performance.Strong analytical mindset, confident working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards.Experience integrating META campaigns with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or data reporting platforms.Experience integrating Google Ads/YouTube Ads with analytics tools and global performance dashboards.Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.Creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven attitude.Ability to build, manage, and scale campaigns aimed at international audiences.
