Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth, product visibility, and business goals.Collaborate with Principals to align marketing plans with strategic objectives.Plan and manage campaigns, product launches, and promotions across traditional and digital channels.Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website optimization.Coordinate with sales, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure integrated, compliant marketing initiatives.Conduct market analysis to track competitors, trends, and growth opportunities.Manage marketing budgets and evaluate ROI.Oversee external agencies for creative, media, and event support.Ensure all communications meet branding and regulatory standards.Report on campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and veterinary sectors, with a strong focus on aligning strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This includes at least 3 years of specialized experience in digital marketing.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
