If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.Responsibilities & SkillsEnforce SEO best practices and assist in the implementation of on page, technical and off page SEO on the company websiteConduct keyword research to determine the optimal use of words and phrases to drive traffic from search engines to our websiteGather data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other platforms, to produce regular reports, and provide insights and recommendations so that website performance is optimal"Define requirements for adjustments to web page templates and structure as needed."Partner with other Marketing Operations roles to manage the data, processes, and systems to make the Marketing engine as efficient as possible.Provide quarterly/monthly reports and analysis to Marketing LeadershipEngage with external agencies and partners to drive campaign performance when requiredCollaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging digital assetsStay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practicesDevelop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and improvementsBe a change agent. Identify key pain points across marketing, engage with a team of subject matter experts to address pain root causes and deliver sustainable solutionsQualificationsBS/MS in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Digital MarketingKnowledge of Digital Marketing ToolsWeb Analytics: Google AnalyticsSEO Tools: Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming FrogContent Management System / HTML knowledge is a plusPaid Advertising Platforms: Google AdsData Visualization Tools: Looker StudioStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategiesThorough understanding of web design and site structuresUnderstanding technological or semiconductor business is a plusSitecore CMS experience is a plusExcellent communication, analytical, and project management skillsExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plusMust possess independent problem-solving skillsMust be able to drive projects and lead a discussionStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groupsMust be detail oriented with strong customer service skills
