The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job DescriptionKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCUSTOMERWithin own portfolio and/or area of expertise, act as a champion for all things digital marketingLead and manage the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital marketing capabilities, project fulfilment, and/ or change management/ communicationAct as a subject matter expert to ensure alignment to the Bank's overarching marketing strategies as well as industry trends/ market forces/ and competitive landscapeWork closely with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to define and develop, including marketing, business lines, channels, and/or vendors, specifically working towards improving the Bank's omni-channel customer experienceIdentify gaps, pain points, business needs/ priorities, and future areas of growth; may act as a support to the performance marketing team in annual planning processes/ proceduresIdeate and build metrics, rules, processes, and/or other support materials for use by other marketing teams, business lines, and/or relevant functions/ stakeholdersMay also support the roadmap development, build, execution, and improvement of crucial, best-in-class automation/ marketing ecosystem technologiesSHAREHOLDERAdhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for our business areaEnsure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with business prioritiesConsistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriateEnsure business operations follow applicable internal and external requirements (e.g. financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals and physical control of assets)Participate in cross-functional / enterprise / initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situationsConduct internal and external research projects;
