Lead Generation Specialist

Mooxo Media is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who is ambitious, proactive, and results-driven.Your mission will be to find and qualify potential clients for our digital marketing services.You’ll play a vital role in helping our agency grow by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and connecting decision-makers with our strategy team.This position is part-time and performance-based, ideal for someone who loves outreach, communication, and getting rewarded for real results.ResponsibilitiesConduct research to identify potential clients in Canada and the US (B2B and service-based industries).Use email outreach, LinkedIn, and cold calls to connect with business owners and marketing decision-makers.Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, needs, and interest).Log and manage all interactions in CRM (e.g., Monday, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).Collaborate with the marketing team to improve targeting, scripts, and offer strategies.Provide regular updates on progress, conversion rates, and lead quality.Maintain professional, warm communication with potential clients.Participate in strategy discussions to optimize the lead generation funnel.Skills & Requirements1+ year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B outreach (LinkedIn, cold email, or telemarketing).Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) — a strong plus.Organized and consistent in managing outreach and follow-ups.Experience with CRM systems and email tools (Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you love seeing direct results from your efforts.Send your resume to careers@mooxomedia.comLet’s grow brands — and your career — together.
