We are committed to growing alongside our team, bridging Manila with the world, and creating impactful, data-driven marketing solutions for our clients.Role SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies in Manila. This individual will oversee social media, influencer, and video marketing initiatives while driving content and performance marketing campaigns. The role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Influencer Marketing:Manage social media accounts for clients, including strategy development, content creation, and audience engagement.Design and structure social media campaigns to align with client goals and KPIs.Collaborate with influencers to execute impactful campaigns.Content Marketing & Performance Marketing:Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including SEO, ASO, and online advertising (performance marketing).Use SEO analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.Creative Asset Development:Create and design visual and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite.Utilize and stay updated on the latest generative AI tools to enhance creative processes.Pitching & Client Management:Develop and present pitches for new projects and campaigns.Build strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent communication and project alignment.Vendor Sourcing & Management:Identify and manage third-party vendors to support specialized project needs.Team Collaboration & Agility:Work closely with cross-functional teams in Manila, Tokyo, and other international offices to deliver seamless campaigns.Remain adaptable, entrepreneurial, and proactive in addressing challenges and exploring opportunities.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media, influencer marketing, and video marketing.Proven experience managing client social media accounts and structuring campaigns.Expertise in SEO, ASO, and performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and familiarity with generative AI tools.Strong project management and vendor management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and secure new projects.Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to travel for client meetings, pitches, and events.What We OfferA dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and global exposure within a leading PR and marketing agency.A chance to be part of an exciting expansion phase in Manila.Competitive compensation and benefits.Where we will be workingRemote working setup, with a per-need in-person reporting at the office in Ortigas, Pasig.If you’re passionate about driving digital marketing innovation and want to be part of a global team delivering impactful results, we’d love to hear from you.
