If you take full ownership of your work, move with intention, and deliver results without hand-holding, you’ll fit right in.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable results.Create compelling content and visual assets across social, email, web, and advertising platforms.Support website planning, updates, and collaboration with designers to deliver high-performing digital experiences.Manage campaign performance, analytics, reporting, and CRM documentation.Lead client communication through proposals, calendars, and strategic recommendations.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related role.Comfortable collaborating with website designers and supporting website updates.Bonus Skills:Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, and social media management tools.Strong writing skills for email marketing, social media content, and landing pages.Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and visual design best practices.Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations.Schedule:Full-time, in-office (Monday–Friday) Hoover, Alabama
