You’ll guide a dynamic team, harness data-driven insights, and deliver innovative campaigns that captivate audiences and drive commercial success across the region.What You’ll Do Inspire and lead Digital Direct Officers across Europe to deliver high-impact campaigns aligned with strategic priorities. Transform insights into bold digital initiatives that boost revenue and deepen customer loyalty. Partner with our global media agency and Head Office to continually optimise investments, testing new channels and placements. Drive regional sales promotions across digital platforms, engaging new audiences and energising existing customers. Own the narrative of our digital performance, turning analytics into actionable recommendations. Maximise regional budgets by validating target markets and championing smart investments. Establish best practices across Europe, leading a test-and-learn roadmap that fosters innovation. Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders, deputising for the Digital Direct Manager when needed.QualificationsYou’ll excel if you: Have proven experience leading digital marketing teams and delivering campaigns at scale. Are fluent in leveraging data and analytics to uncover opportunities and guide decision‑making. Bring creativity and curiosity to testing new channels, formats, and approaches.
