Marketing Executive (with Office Management Responsibilities) Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Marketing Executive with Office Management Responsibilities to join Fellas Studios in London.This dual role is perfect for someone creative, organised, and hands-on. You’ll lead day-to-day marketing activity, especially across social media, while also managing the smooth running of our studio space. From planning content and launching campaigns to keeping the office environment running efficiently, you’ll play a key role in both how our brand shows up and how our team works together.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & PlanningSupport the CEO and COO in shaping all Fellas Studios and personal content calendars and ensuring consistency across platformsAct as the main Social media lead for key company moments, from new show launches to celebrating big milestones, translating them into compelling on-brand storytelling.Suggest digital-first ideas that reflect the studio's tone while staying rooted in our space.Anticipate needs and help prepare content plans, copy, and visual selects ahead of key launches and events.Content Creation & ExecutionOversee day-to-day posting, ensuring assets, captions, and tags reflect the brand’s tone, voice, and aesthetic.Source and adapt existing imagery or video assets for social use, ensuring they feel optimised for each platform.Identify opportunities for reactive or organic moments that reinforce the brand’s positioning.Manage The Fellas Studios websiteCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with PR, Creative, and ProductionMaintain relationships with external platformsCommunity & Talent SupportHelp oversee community management, ensuring all engagement reflects the brand’s tone and discretion.Identify authentic user-generated content for potential amplification.Office Management Responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations, including handling deliveries, managing supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.Manage building maintenance, including coordinating with cleaners and contractors.Organise weekly food orders and ensure kitchen supplies are stocked.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular checks to maintain a safe working environment.Plan and manage the company social calendar, including organising team events and celebrating key milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries.Manage internal communications to keep employees informed of office updates and activities.Assist HR by setting up laptops, email accounts and system access for new startersContinuously review and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency.RequirementsEssential:1-2 years of experience in a marketing, office management, or creative operations role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Confident writing copy and creating content that aligns with a brand tone.Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).Comfortable with basic visual editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar).A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.Desirable:Previous experience in a creative, media, or startup environment.Interest in podcasts, digital media, or brand storytelling.Event planning or team engagement experience.Salary28-32k Annually (based on experience).
