We assist real estate agents in expanding their client base by giving them the tools they need to convert visitors to leads.Our LeadGen formula has helped hundreds of our clients to gain the necessary exposure to boost their businesses.About the job We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for Facebook Ads & Lead Generation.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and knows how to build, test, and optimize Facebook campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads. You should be confident when communicating with clients, data-driven in your approach, and have hands-on experience managing successful Facebook lead gen campaigns.You’ll be part of a fully remote team that works in a fast-paced, client-first environment, where transparency, collaboration, and performance matter.Working hours are from 12PM – 8PM (Bosnia time) to align with our Canadian clients.This is a remote/work-from-home position for candidates based in Bosnia and Herzegovina only, due to legal and tax requirements.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generationCollaborate with the Digital Marketing team membersDirectly communicate with clients via email and callsMonitor campaign performance and generate regular reportsResearch audiences, create compelling ad copy and visuals, as well as test various creative formatsStay up to date with Facebook Ads trends, algorithm updates, and lead gen strategiesAttend and facilitate client meetingsProactively identify performance issues and propose solutionsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in running Facebook/Meta ads focused on lead generationProficiency in Meta Ads Manager and campaign setup best practicesStrong communication skills in both written and spoken English (C1 level required)Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and adjust campaigns accordinglyOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at onceComfortable working independently in a remote settingFamiliarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Canva, AI toolsIt’s a Plus If You:Have experience with retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiencesHave worked with CRMs to manage leads and track campaign effectivenessHave 2+ years in customer service or client management environmentWhat We Offer:Supportive and collaborative team cultureAccess to internal training and mentorshipOpportunity to grow your skills and take on new challengesTeam building and company eventsCompetitive salaryLong-term opportunity in the digital marketing and IT spaceThink you’re a great fit?
