Job Summary: Global Brands Group, a leading information technology company, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Media Buyer Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring exceptional performance and return on investment. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Plan, develop, and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Ability in creating content plans aligned with digital marketing strategies, including recommendations for effective campaign formats and visuals.Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure the highest possible performance and cost-efficiency. Optimize and manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic while implementing and overseeing SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and boost conversions.Perform competitor analysis to benchmark strategies and identify potential advantages. Oversee and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals. Develop and maintain performance reporting systems to track the effectiveness of campaigns and present insights for improvement.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, AI tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns stay competitive. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations. QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media buying, Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to make informed decisions. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO/SEM platforms. Excellent understanding of key digital marketing metrics, including ROI, CTR, CPC, and CPA. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas. – Strong eye for design and proficiency in utilizing AI tools for content creation, design, analytics, and more.
