Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Specialist, you’ll work on development, execution and optimization of digital touchpoints and lead the evolution of our owned media channels (websites, search, and social). You’ll partner closely with category marketing teams, and external agencies across Europe to ensure impactful digital presence and consumer engagement.Job DescriptionCollaborate with the marketing team to build and execute digital strategies tailored to each product category across European marketsPlan and deliver Digital KPIs / Metrics for campaignsBring strategic thinking, audience insight, and a test-and-learn mindset to every campaign Work with creative agencies to plan and develop social media content calendars based on the agreed strategiesCreate, adapt, and refine content for different platforms using creative tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and others.Integrate AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.) to enhance content ideation, creation, and automation.Stay up to date with digital and social trends—and apply them strategically.Analyze content performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.RequirementsDegree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, Business, or Communication.3+ years of hands-on digital experience in content marketing creation, digital advertising, cooperation with influencers or social media - preferable beauty/ cosmetic sector or a media agencyStrong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and their unique audiences.Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video editing apps, etc.Familiar and live experience with content creation using AI tools including Static and Video contentExperience working with agencies and internal stakeholders to execute aligned campaigns.Strong visual and copywriting instincts—creative, clever, and on-brand.Comfortable interpreting performance data and using it to drive improvements.A compelling portfolio is required to showcase your creativity and results-driven approach.Strong organizer, communicator, and fluent in English.
