Digital Marketing Specialist

Matriks is a leading provider of financial data and trading technologies, trusted by both individual investors and institutions. As we expand our digital products and mobile platforms, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive user growth, engagement, and retention across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & App Marketing:Own go-to-market strategies for new product marketing features, updates, and app releases.Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to different user segments.Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to drive feature adoption and in-app engagement.Work with App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to boost app visibility and installs.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform product communication strategy.User Retention & CRM:Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, and more.Build automated flows for onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and churn prevention.Use segmentation and behavioral triggers to personalize communication and drive user retention.Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and continuous iteration.Own CRM tools and coordinate with engineering to set up event tracking and custom user attributesAnalytics & Performance Marketing:Set KPIs and measure performance across the entire marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, etc.) to extract insights and inform growth strategies.Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize ROI.Coordinate creative testing for ad channels, app store visuals, and CRM campaignsReport regularly on campaign and channel performance, identifying key growth opportunities.
