We are proud to have been consistently ranked one of the 'World's Best Workplaces' by Great Place to Work®.The Adecco Group AG is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland (ISIN: CH0012138605) and listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ADEN) and powered by nine global lead brands: Adecco, Adia, Badenoch + Clark, General Assembly, Lee Hecht Harrison, Modis, Pontoon, Spring Professional, and Hired.We are looking for a "E/E Integration Network Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Automotive Sector”.Position DetailsCreate and update technical specifications (DBC, Message Map, Network OS) and design rules related to in-vehicle communication networks.Ensure global network requirements are met across the vehicle systems.Manage and maintain CAN/LIN/Ethernet standards and the vehicle message catalog in the global database.Define technical solutions to meet performance, functional, HMI, and quality objectives.Coordinate ECU (Electronic Control Unit) development activities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, key software partners, and internal functional teams.Lead technical and design reviews to ensure program targets (timing, cost, quality) are achieved.Conduct virtual network analysis (bus load, latency, physical layer) as part of the design validation process.Prepare and release electrical architecture, network, diagnostic, and vehicle function specifications.Plan component and integration testing with project leads and test engineers.Manage open points and support troubleshooting by identifying root causes and developing corrective solutions.Fulfill DFMEA, PFMEA, DV, and PV processes together with co-design suppliers.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.Solid understanding of vehicle E&E architecture, components, and CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication networks.Experience in creating vehicle network architecture specifications.Proficiency in Vector CANalyzer and familiarity with DOORS environment (preferred).English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, DV, PV validation processes is a strong advantage.Adecco is a private employment agency under Turkey Employment Organization's authorization 554 license number 10.11.2022Adecco, İşkur'un denetiminde 10.11.2022 tarihli 554 No'lu lisans sahibi özel istihdam bürosudur.
