Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist Location: Toronto, ON (Full-Time, In-Office) Salary: $45,000–$55,000 + benefits and employee perksOur client, a growing Canadian fashion and lifestyle brand, is looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join their dynamic in-house marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about fashion, digital storytelling, and creating content that inspires and converts.In this role, you’ll support all areas of marketing — from email campaigns and CRM to social media content and digital design. You’ll help bring the brand to life across multiple touchpoints, working closely with a small but mighty team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and getting things done.What You’ll Do:Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital platformsCreate on-brand graphics, visuals, and digital assets using Canva, Photoshop, and LightroomSupport the management of Klaviyo email marketing (building, deploying, and reporting)Collaborate with the social media and e-commerce teams to develop content for web and socialHelp coordinate influencer partnerships, brand activations, and in-store or mall eventsContribute to a variety of creative projects — no task is too big or too smallWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or graphic design (ideally in fashion or lifestyle)Strong design skills and creative portfolio showcasing a clean, modern aestheticWorking knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, Klaviyo, and ShopifyPassion for fashion, trend awareness, and a strong eye for visual detailEnergetic, adaptable team player with a positive attitude and collaborative spiritComfortable working full-time in-office and attending occasional eventsWhy You’ll Love It: You’ll join a passionate, close-knit team where your ideas matter and your creativity can shine.
