We currently have several permanent roles available at our offices in Cape Town (Wynberg), Johannesburg (Sandton), and Durban (Umhlanga), working for incredible international companies.Role Summary This is a rare opportunity for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years’ experience to evolve rapidly from content creation to full digital strategy ownership.You’ll begin by crafting compelling content and managing social channels, then grow into leading marketing automation, lead generation, SEO, and event marketing within just six months. Perfect for someone who loves learning, takes initiative, and wants to make a real impact in a growing brand environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn) — post creation, scheduling, engagement, and analyticsDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns via HubSpotCreate compelling content for social media, newsletters, and blogsOptimise content for SEO and drive organic growthTrack campaign performance using Google AnalyticsCoordinate with internal/external stakeholders and vendorsSupport video editing and visual content creationPlan and manage digital campaigns and timelinesDrive community engagement and event promotionProvide performance reports and recommendationsRequirements:Must-Have:2–3 years in digital marketing or related fieldProficiency in HubSpot (CRM, CMS, Email Marketing)Experience managing business social media accounts (LinkedIn preferred)Proven graphic design and content creation ability (portfolio required)Understanding of SEO and basic analyticsStrong writing, communication, and project coordination skillsNice-to-Have:B2B or professional services marketing backgroundEvent or book launch campaign exposureBasic HTML/CSS or landing page design experiencePaid Ads experience (Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook)Familiarity with AuthorUp, Google Analytics, and video editing toolsStartup or small business marketing experienceWhere and how you can workTo be successful, you'll need to:Work on-site from our office in Johannesburg, SandtonBe willing to work non-traditional South African office hours.Be excited about a global opportunity with an international company.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills, and passion, as well as how you can enhance our clients' businesses and their culture.
