The Digital Marketing Specialist will report into both the Manager, Digital and Campaigns (Sydney) and the Head of Sales and Marketing (Sri Lanka).This role will support our brand and recruitment goals by delivering best-class marketing campaign strategies, building our social communities and maintaining and optimizing our website presence.This is a 12-month contract with a possibility of permanent placement on mutual agreement.The role will be required to work from our Colombo campus.Key responsibilities:Plan, execute and optimise integrated campaigns across digital and above the line channelsWrite messaging for campaign ads and collaborate with design team to produce engaging creativeProduce best practice lead-gen website campaign landing pagesManage campaign tracking, timelines, budgets and KPI’sOptimise campaign performance using analytics and make real-time adjustmentsProduce and present post campaign reports with learnings to improve future campaignsExecute and deliver an organic social media content strategy to grow and build followers and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linked InKeep our community active and engaged by responding to DMs, comments and sparking authentic conversationLiaise with students, ambassadors and staff to produce engaging short from videos that are on brand, trend and resonate with student needsMaintain and optimise our SL website ensuring all content is up to date and optimised for conversions.Set up GTM tracking for all campaigns, prepare and share performance dashboards with stakeholders for campaigns, web and socials, reporting against KPI’sMeet with key stakeholders as required across Sri Lanka and Sydney offices.Candidate ProfileTo succeed in this role, you must have:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar roleProven track record of leading and delivering successful multi-channel campaigns both ATL and BTLMust have strong experience in the set up and running of google search, GDN and social media advertisingExtensive experience in overseeing social media accounts including delivering content calendars, content ideation and creation, video production and community managementExperience in managing websites including updating content, optimising for conversion and best practice UXExperience in google analytics (or similar reporting software) and understanding how to present meaningful insights from dataUnderstanding of Microsoft office applications, CRM systems, EDM tools, website CMS and GA4 What you can expect by joining UTS College:A diverse workplace with a passion for encouraging and supporting inclusivenessAn attractive remuneration packageContinuous learning and professional development (including ongoing learning & development opportunities, a generous study assistance program, free access to LinkedIn Learning and campus library facilities)Applications close on the 21st of November 2025For more information about UTS College Sri Lanka visit www.utscollege.edu.lk38 Thurstan Road Colombo 03
